Registration & Account

To open an account with KDBD, you need an active Bangladeshi mobile number or email address and a strong password. Your full name and date of birth are also required during registration. KDBD only allows individuals aged 18 and above to register. The entire sign-up process takes just 2–3 minutes.

No. Under KDBD's terms, each person is only permitted to open one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email, or bank account is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in both accounts being closed and any remaining balance being forfeited.

To complete KYC, upload a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport. Go to the "Verification" section in Account Settings and submit your documents. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Once verified, your withdrawal limits increase and all features become fully accessible.

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number or email and an OTP will be sent to you. Use that code to set a new password. The whole process takes under 2 minutes. If you run into any issues, contact us at support@kdbd.ws.

Your account may be temporarily locked due to repeated incorrect password attempts or a terms violation. Wait 30 minutes and try again. If the issue persists, email support@kdbd.ws or reach out via live chat. The KDBD support team will resolve it promptly.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit at KDBD is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits may vary depending on the payment method. Withdrawal limits increase significantly after KYC verification.
